Cancellation Policy
No cancellations or changes allowed within 48 hours of the appointment. To reschedule or cancel an appointment you are kindly requested to provide 48 hours notice. Failure to do so will incur 100% of the fee. Polite request to please contact Waterloo Body Station directly if you need to reschedule due to illness at either hello@waterloobodystation.co.uk or Whatsapp :+442072029000. We also accept debit/credit card on location and have a preference to recieve payment upon booking.
