PRACTITIONER

Qualifying in 2016, Daniel is a knowledgeable massage therapist, trained to Level 5 BTEC in Sports Massage and Remedial Soft Tissue Therapy, Myofascial release Dry Cupping and Pregnancy Massage. He was trained at the highly recognised North London School of Sports Massage, gaining an extensive understanding of the anatomy and physiology of the body.

Daniel originally trained as a professional dancer and has also run the London Marathon. He has worked with various high-level fitness brands and theatre productions, giving him a vast understanding of the body from different perspectives.

His way of working is to understand a client's conditions, working with them to create an all-round, more manageable lifestyle. He believes that Sports massage therapy is not just for athletes, but for everyone in any situation of discomfort; from office workers who have trouble with poor postural conditions to rugby players needing assistance in rehabilitation from an injury.
