LATE POLICY

 

If arrival is delayed, we will make every effort to accommodate your full appointment but this may not always be possible. Service time may be abbreviated to avoid delays for other patients due to treatments being charged at full value. Last minute changes to appointments will be honoured only if a service appointment is available for a later time in the day (of your appointment) and other patients are not inconvenienced.

 

CANCELLATION & NO SHOW

Customers who book appointments and cannot join us for their scheduled appointment are granted full credit  provided that at least a 48-hour notice is given. We do not provide refunds for cancelled/no show appointments. Last minute changes to appointments will be honoured only if the service time is available and other patients are not inconvenienced.

All service sales, retail sales and gift vouchers sales are final, with no refunds.

 

RIGHT TO REFUSE

We love having you as a patient, but we do reserve the right to refuse any service at any time, to anyone, for any reason.

PAYMENTS & GRATUITY

In general, the Clinic accepts Cash, PayPal, MasterCard, Visa and American Express as payment.

Some practitioners may or may not accept any of the above.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS

Please notify us before reserving or booking your treatments if you have: high blood pressure, special physical concerns, diabetes, or are pregnant. All clinic patients will be asked to complete a consultation form by your practitioner prior to arrival or at check-in, all designed with your well-being in mind.

 

 

AGE REQUIREMENT

Minors are invited to have treatments with us as long as they are accompanied by an adult (parent or guardian).

If you are over 18 and look younger than 18, please bring a photo ID.

 

 

QUIET ENVIRONMENT

As a courtesy to other patients, please maintain a quiet level of conversation. Please turn mobile phones off/ to mute/airplane mode when entering the clinic.

 

GIFT VOUCHERS

If gift vouchers are available for treatments, they may not be redeemable if lost or stolen. Gift Vouchers have expire date that will be provided upon purchase. Gift voucher sales are final, with no refunds. Gift vouchers are only redeemable against treatments at Waterloo Body Station. Gift vouchers cannot yet (at this moment) be used on retail products.

 

 

PACKAGES

If packages are available:

Packages cannot be exchanged for cash or any other goods or services.

Packages may be transferred to a friend or family member and so can be shareable with other people.

Packages are non-refundable even in the event of medical circumstances.

Packages expiry dates cannot be extended unless there are unprecedented circumstances such as a pandemic.

Waterloo body station reserves the right to dishonour a package if it reasonably believes the redeemer stole or is otherwise not the intended beneficiary of the purchaser.
Packages do not represent proof of payment.

We are constantly expanding our services to bring you the latest and greatest. Although we make every effort to keep our website and clinic menu updated, please note that prices and treatments are subject to change at any time.

VISITORS

We are unable to accommodate visitors accompanying patients in our treatment rooms due to the COVID Pandemic unless accompanying a minor or a lesser abled person.

CUSTOMERS’ RIGHT TO KNOW

We strive to exceed our patients’ needs. We believe that advising our patients of the products/treatments best suited for them is as essential as the service we perform. Therefore, our patients’ right to know policy advises each patient on the products and techniques best suited for the patient to maximise the benefits of their service.

ATTIRE

Proper attire is to be worn at all times. Proper attire includes a towel or other linen around the waist or chest at all times. Towels may be provided for your treatment at the clinic.

Some practitioners have their own policy regarding nudity and you must adhere to their requests for everyone to feel comfortable, safe and protected and they may ask you to wear your underwear at all times.
