Thai Massage is a traditional therapy combining acupressure, Indian ayurvedic principles, and assisted yoga postures.
Thai Massage is thousands of years old and still has its place in Thailand's medical system because of its healing effects at physical and emotional level.
What to expect:
A typical treatment is 60 minutes long.

The massage generally follows designated lines in the body. The legs and feet of the giver can be used to position the body or limbs of the recipient. In other positions, hands fix the body. A full Thai massage session may last two hours and includes rhythmic pressing and stretching of the entire body. This may include pulling fingers, toes, ears, cracking knuckles, by palm-press, thumb-press, fingers-press and forearm-press. There is a standard procedure and rhythm to the massage, which the giver will adjust to fit the receiver.
