Tried everything for chronic pain — and still not feeling better?

You’re not alone. Many of my clients arrive at their first session frustrated and confused. They’ve seen multiple therapists. Had scans. Tried strengthening and stretching. Some have even been told, “There’s nothing more we can do.”

But there’s one piece that’s often overlooked — and it might be the missing link:

Your posture

I’m not talking about “sit up straight” posture. I mean how your bones and joints line up when you stand, walk, and move. Because when the body is out of alignment, certain muscles and joints get overloaded while others stay underused.

Over time, that imbalance creates wear and tear… and pain.

A Different Way to Treat Chronic Pain

Posture therapy isn’t about chasing symptoms — it’s about treating the root cause.

Let’s say you’ve got knee pain. A typical approach might be to strengthen the quads, stretch the hamstrings, and maybe ice or tape the area.

In posture therapy, we’d ask: Why is that knee taking extra load in the first place? Maybe the hips are rotated. Maybe the foot isn’t striking the ground properly. Maybe the spine isn’t stacked the way it should be.

By correcting the underlying misalignment, the knee gets to work the way it was designed to — and the pain fades naturally.

Real Clients. Real Results.

I’ve helped people with all kinds of issues: back pain, hip pain, shoulder tension, sciatica, even daily headaches. Some of them had been in pain for years.

But by improving posture — step by step — their pain eased up. They moved better. Slept better. Felt like themselves again.

You can see some of these case studies and before-and-after photos on my website here. (link: https://healththroughposture.co.uk/client-results/ )

Curious What It Could Do for You?

If pain has been hanging around longer than it should, and nothing seems to shift it, don’t give up. Your body wants to heal — it might just need a nudge in the right direction.

I offer posture therapy sessions here at Waterloo BodyStation. Each session is tailored to you, based on your individual posture and movement patterns. You’ll leave with a short routine you can do at home, and a clearer idea of what your body needs.
