Are you living with a chronic pain condition? Need support with reducing the pain and increasing the range of motion? Look no further than being supported by Bethany our Advanced Clinical Massage Therapist. By having a thorough zoom call prior to treatment then beginning your 6 week package with a 90 minute treatment where bethany can assess Range of motion and understanding what would work. Bethany would then work with you closely across 5 x 60 minute treatments spread across a time frame that would work with you to increase your range of motion and decrease that pain. From this Package bethany would look to supporting you more on a maintaining schedule. Anything from Chronic stress, CFS, Long Covid, Frozen shoulder, migraines and chronic headaches.
