PRACTITIONER

Shelley studied at the prestigious North London School of Sport Massage where she completed her level 5 sports massage and remedial soft tissue therapy qualification. She is member of the Sports Massage Association ensuring she works to the highest standard and continues to develop as a therapist within the industry. 

Shelley has worked as a professional dancer for over 15 years, performing in European and International venues as well as sustaining a personal training business. Her continued love for performing arts and the health & fitness industry has lead her to work in Soft Tissue Therapy with The Royal Ballet, Cirque du Soleil and London Contemporary Dance School. Alongside this, Shelley works with Tottenham Hotspur Womens, Complete Physio London and Tempo 301 London. 

Shelley offers a personalised service, providing a safe and inclusive environment for all of her clients. As a mental health and physical First aider, she prides herself on her level of care and attention to detail.
