After years of staying active and regularly training, I experienced firsthand the impact that tightness, ongoing aches, and unresolved injuries can have on the body.
This led me to transition into a career as a Sports Massage and Breathwork Therapist, with a focus on helping others move better, recover faster, and avoid reaching that same point.
I work with a wide range of clients—from office professionals to active individuals and athletes—who are managing the physical demands of training, work, and everyday life.
My approach combines sports massage with breathwork techniques to support both the muscular and nervous systems. Treatments are designed to:
• Release deep-seated muscle tension
• Improve mobility and flexibility
• Enhance recovery and performance
• Reduce stress and support nervous system regulation
Each session includes an assessment and is tailored to the individual, focusing on the root cause of discomfort rather than just the symptoms.
Whether you are dealing with lower back pain, shoulder tension, or persistent “niggles”, my aim is to help you move more freely, stay consistent in your training, and feel more at ease in your body.
I believe that recovery is just as important as training—and when your body moves well, everything else improves.
My qualifications include Sports Massage Level 3, the Jing Foundation in Advanced Clinical Massage Techniques, CrossFit Level 1, Breathwork Fundamentals with Dan Brulé, and 9D Breathwork. I am also a longtime practitioner of Wim Hof breathing.
