Eleanor is a certified deep tissue massage practitioner, trained at the esteemed Jing Institute of Advanced Massage Training. With a background in occupational therapy and a deep understanding of the body–mind connection, she offers a holistic approach that supports both physical and emotional well-being.

Specialising in deep tissue massage, Eleanor tailors each treatment to promote relaxation, ease muscular tension, and restore balance in the body. Her work is grounded in somatic awareness, and she is passionate about helping clients feel more connected, resilient, and at home in themselves.

Eleanor’s approach is warm, professional, and inclusive—creating a safe space where every client feels heard and supported. Whether you're seeking relief from chronic pain, managing stress, or simply looking to deepen your sense of wellness, Eleanor provides thoughtful, personalized care to support your journey toward a healthier, more embodied life.


A Little About Eleanor

A massage practitioner with a deep interest in the body–mind connection and the healing potential of touch. My approach to massage is rooted in somatic awareness, informed by my background working in healthcare as an occupational therapist specialising particularly in mental health, as well as my training as a hatha and vinyasa flow yoga teacher.

I see the body as a gateway to deeper self-awareness, and I aim to create a space where you can reconnect with yourself, release tension, and feel more at ease in your body. My work is guided by presence, sensitivity, and a belief in the body’s innate capacity to heal when given the right support. Each session is tailored to your unique needs—whether you're carrying emotional stress in your body, recovering from injury, or simply in need of deep rest.

Outside the clinic, I continue to explore embodied practices through my own yoga and meditation practice. I also enjoy time in nature hiking, travelling, Irish dancing and in my down time enjoy reading, and painting—all of which nourish my connection to myself and others.
