I trained for three years at one of the world’s leading craniosacral schools – CTET in London – studying Living Anatomy for a year before two years’ of specialist training in Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy.
But my real education began long before that, when craniosacral therapy changed my life.
Back in 2016, I was working as a curator and graphic designer when I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. One of the symptoms for me was double-vision, so my career path suddenly hit a dead end.
I decided to manage my condition holistically, with Iyengar yoga, a disciplined diet, and daily meditation. The symptoms stabilised, but the biggest difference of all came when I was introduced to craniosacral therapy.
It changed everything. Thanks to bi-weekly treatment, my emotional and physical well-being was transformed.
And with it, I’d found my calling. Using my new reserves of energy, I decided to study this subtle, powerful therapy to help others.
While craniosacral therapy can benefit everyone, I discovered that my own experience gave me a vital understanding of people with chronic conditions including autoimmune deficiencies, neurological issues, cancer, post-op complications, emotional trauma and PTSD.
In an effort to help more people, I constantly try to expand my skills, including specialist training with mothers, babies and pregnant women.

Living Anatomy
Anatomy and Physiology Diploma. Completed through CTET, fully accredited through APNT (Association of Physical and Natural Therapists), London. 2019.
Working with Pregnant Women, Mothers and Babies
Continued professional development with Sarah Nesling and guest tutor Panel Meredith, London, 2022.
